What Is The Organizational Structure Of The NFL

The National Football League (NFL), a professional American football league, comprises 32 teams. These teams are equally divided between the National Football Conference and the American Football Conference. Each conference is divided into four divisions, namely East, West, North, and South, comprising four teams.

During the regular season, each team can have a maximum of 55 players on its roster. However, only 48 players may be active or eligible to play on game days. The structure of a typical football team includes an offence and a defense. The offence usually features a quarterback, a running back, a tight end, three wide receivers, and five offensive linemen. On the other hand, a basic defense comprises four defensive linemen, three linebackers, two cornerbacks, and two safeties.

Regarding technology, the NFL has partnered with Microsoft Surface and Windows, making them the official tablet and PC operating system of the NFL. This partnership is evident when watching the NFL on Fox, where sports announcers can be seen using Surface tablets equipped with kickstands.

The NFL's headquarters are located in New York, United States, employing between 1,001 and 5,000 people.
